The assistant forgot to add Elastic Ligature on my bottom braces.
I swear, I get all the stupid assistants. I'm not kidding.
I have to keep pushing in the arch wire back into the bracket.
Really, can't people learn to do their job?

Thanks for the advice. Cosmetic dental and orthodontic procedures have to be done carefully after considering the person health and the need for the procedure. If there are other serious health concerns, a cardiologist or primary care physician should be consult before any dental and orthodontic issues are address. Unless the dental or orthodontic problems affect the individual ability to speak or eat, they should not be consider a priority for someone with otherwise fragile health

Wearing an elastic ligature is not the job for us to do; it is for the orthodontist, as it needs some of the dentist instrument that we do not own. Whenever there is problem there is orthodontist to help us. Yeah all orthodontist have the same color ligatures so that when the patient wants any color they can choose and can even make a good combination of different color. Patients who wear regular braces use all kinds of colors combination to make themselves nice. We usually take out while eating and cleaning and should wear at least 20 hours or more. Wearing overnight did not cause any problem and you should wear it too in order to bring good result.

Many people become concerned when I tell them that they have to sleep with their Invisalign aligners on, but majority of them have no problem with this as the aligners are quite comfortable.

Having treatment like brand 2 and brand 3 treatments will be interesting for the patient but before having these treatments our dentist will give a personal dental treatment plan. It consist all the information’s about the treatment in these forms. If you are not getting the form, you should contact your dentist.
Work which consist on brand 2 and 3 are examination, take diagnosis, how to prevent the problem that occurs in future, scale and polishing of teeth, bentures made or bridges etc. these type of treatment will help in good result.

traighten your teeth without having to worry about braces(if you’re embarassed to get braces). Of course braces are much more effective, but with invisilign you can wear it anywhere and people will not notice the difference. We have that option at our dentist office and I think all dentist offices should as well.

Definitely don't try to make adjustments or repairs yourself! Any good orthodontist will schedule time for an emergency repair or adjustment--that's what you are paying for.

I would definitely second the previous poster's sentiments in respect to preferring traditional braces over invisalign braces. Sure, it may be a bit more socially challenging, however you will arrive at the end results quicker.

Lumineerss last blog post..<a href="http://drsmiledesign.com/lumineers-cost-per-tooth/" rel="nofollow">Lumineers Cost Per Tooth</a>

I do not only have protruded teeth, but associated with protruded gums. My teeth are not 'tidy' though, but the upper teeth and gum are protruding out. Can invisalign help me? Or can I opt for Lingual braces? Is lingual braces painful? I heard that braces are harmful to gum and can make teeth loosing easily in the future. Is that true?

Thanks for your help!
