This is an interesting question, how can I make my teeth stronger so that I don’t have to wear a retainer for too long? The answer to this question is that if we want to make our teeth stronger than we should brush our teeth properly and regularly. We should also change our brush 3 to 4 times in a month and we should also brush 2 times a day to keep our teeth healthy and clean. So, you will wear a retainer for short period of time.

I don’t think we can make our teeth stronger by not wearing a retainer for a short interval of time. Retainer is use to make our teeth grow in a perfect place and to create a beautiful smile. If you don’t want to wear a retainer and still want to have stronger teeth than you should maintain your teeth in a proper way by taking care whenever you eat anything. Moreover jaw bones and gums are necessary to maintain as it holds your teeth.
Wearing a retainer is not a tough job, just be with it for like 2 to 3 months and you will get better result than not wearing. At the end of the treatment you will be coming up with a beautiful smile and stronger teeth which you have survived during the treatment in order to bring up these good results.

I do not think there is a way of making your teeth stronger without wearing a retainer. If u keep on maintaining a good care of your teeth from your childhood than probably you will not be wearing now. Wearing a retainer, I think it is not a touch job and you can handle it easily. Moreover keeping your teeth stronger, it depends on how you keep your jawbones and gums as it hold your teeth to keep strong. If you want to have a wonderful smile forever than you must survive all the braces treatment, moreover, it is a small wire and you will not even notice it when the day goes by. Hope so you will surely make it using the retainer to make your teeth strong and to create a beautiful smile.

24/7 retainer wear for a year is still what the orthodontic texts recommend, though many orthodontists are "letting their patients off more lightly." But generally some period of round the clock wear will be necessary after the braces come off, then every night, then perhaps later just a couple of nights per week.

But the truth is this: even if we have never worn braces in our life, our teeth do drift over the years. So anyone who wants to keep their post-braces bite intact will need to be willing to keep wearing those retainers, even if only a couple of nights each week, for the rest of their lives.
