i get my braces on feb. 17, 2010. im not sure if i get damon braces or the kind with colors. i heard if you get the damon they cost more and you dont get colors. is that true?

do they change the colour everytime u have them tightened and does brushing ur teath effect the colour of the brace?

i got bright pink and bright grean there really bright and funky ive had them for about 4 weeks and the colour hasnt changed

Hello Beth. It’s because of the crisps I assume .. something in them made the coloured like this. You can go to the orthodontist to change the ligatures if they look that ugly. Anyway .. they will be changed in few weeks, so it’s not such a problem. You do have to be careful what you eat and drink since some foods and drinks can really stain them

help. I got braces. I just ate some crisp’s with turmiric in it and the color it was first: light blue, turned lime green

I have been through the Damon System as an Adult and we also use the Damon system in our office. It is a really wonderful orthodontic system. We have a very high success rate with it. I would really suggest it to anyone interested in getting orthodontics done to straighten their teeth.

THEY WILL provide them. They have them and will be able to give them to you. It’s part of the treatment. If they rely on an orthodontic braces system with elastic ligatures, then they have all you need

Hey, If your orthodontist doesn’t provide elastic ligatures, where else can you purchase them?
